What if the internet goes down?
Home Assistant runs inside the villa. Switches, lights, AC and automations keep working. Livin OS reconnects on its own.
I already have a smart home.
Installed by SyncHomePro? We switch on Livin OS without rewiring. Home Assistant from someone else? We check it first, then take over the care.
Who owns the devices?
You do. Devices are sold outright. The monthly plan covers the software and the care.
Do guests have to download an app?
No. The tablet and TV are enough. The guest app is optional: a stay key or one QR scan, no account.
Does it work for hotels?
Yes. One fee per property, then per room, from Rp 150K per room a month, connected to your PMS and till.
How long is the contract?
Billed monthly, 12-month minimum. Choose 2 years and activation is free.
